Think about how much time you spend a day hunched forward, reaching for items, using a lap top or cell phone. Now think about how many times you arch backwards, or squeeze your shoulders together?
Hold this position for 20 seconds, 3x at the top of every hour to help improve your posture!
– Sit at the edge of your chair
– squeeze shoulder blades together and try to tuck them into your back pockets
– turn palms outward
– Proud chest
– slight chin retraction
